CHALLENGE
Bureau needs a well integrated CRM application to integrate well with show organizers, customers and guests. Client was using a basic third party application with an older version of SQL Database that could not integrate and offer scalability. Major requirement was that the application must be customized as per growing business and customer demand.Microsoft Dynamics CRM was implemented to address custom solution, integrate with their other applications.
