One of the largest Food and Grains supplier and leading Agronomy (Agriculture – as – a service) provider and supplier of crop technologies based at Ireland. Presence in the United Kingdom, Poland, Romania, Ukraine and Brazil.
CHALLENGE
Client was looking for a centralized ERP to manage, visualize , track and optimize data from agronomists from the fields to seed and grain manufacturing and distribution and logistics. The company manages independent applications right from capturing invoices and payment to customer care.
SOLUTION
D365 Finance & Supply Chain (D365FO) was implemented to run their entire business operations spanning across Europe and Americas. Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Procurement and Sourcing , Production, Cash and Bank along with ISVs such as LaserNet , an electronic document management and CapCargo and DysonTrade add-ons were implemented.
Clients business mandates several custom features to be customized to standard Dynamics 365 product such as enhancements to
- Sales agreements, Purchase Agreements;
- Multi stage transfers for delivery;
- Conversion from Sales orders to Multiple stage Transfer orders;
- Warehouse containerization;
- Enhancements to Trade agreements, ability for pricing team to create, update prices;
- Contract Spraying feature, calculation of field spraying as per area of field and application method recommended by field agronomist;
- Production order enhancement for seed production, Product floor execution screen enhancement for warehouse job order operations;
